With an emotional video, Eugenio Derbez remembers “Don Camerino” – Publinews – 2024-03-06 08:13:22

The artistic environment is in mourning with the death of the Mexican actor Juan Verduzco, who played several famous characters, among them, “Don Camerino”, so it was “Ludovico P. Luche” himself who said goodbye to him with a moving message.

It was this Monday when the news broke that Juan Verduzco, born on January 28, 1946 in Mexico City, had died, leaving a mark on the entertainment industry, as well as on friends and family.

His first appearance on the small screen was in 1967, in the soap opera “La casa de las fieras”, and since then his career was consolidated with numerous roles that captured the hearts of the public.

However, the character for which he is most remembered is “Don Camerino” in “La familia P. Luche”, where he shared the scene with Eugenio Derbez and Mercedes Vaughan.

In this comedy, Verduzco stood out for the chemistry and humor that he managed to convey in each episode, but he also consolidated a solid friendship with each of the actors, like Eugenio, who said goodbye to him with a moving video.

“What a great honor to meet Juan on stage. “Half of Ciudad Peluche today is left without ‘Don Camerino,’” says the message that Derbez shared along with a scene from “La familia P. Luche.”

May he rest in peace, “Don Camerino”!
