Yesterday, March 16, the gala premiere of the long-awaited feature film by director Martin Makariev “In the Heart of the Machine” took place. The large-scale event, worthy of competing with most of the Hollywood productions, gathered some of the most popular and beloved personalities in our country. Shortly after 19:00 on the red carpet passed the remarkable cast, which definitely won the hearts of over 5,000 spectators during the pre-premiere screenings, part of the European tour of the film – Alexander Sano, Ivaylo Hristov, Hristo Petkov, Stoyan Doychev, Vladimir Zombori, Igor Angelov, Valeri Yordanov. The director Martin Makariev arrived in the company of his wife Luiza Grigorova-Makariev.
The team welcomed nearly 600 special guests, including many stars from the music scene such as Chrissy, Gary Nicole, Esil Duran, Anelia, Gloria, Alicia, Mila Robert and the talents of Alpha Music – Galin, Desita and others. Actors Julian Kostov, Daria Simeonova, Ivaylo Zahariev, Nikolay Stanoev, Monyo Monev, Yana Marinova also honored the presentation of the film.
Some of the most famous native influencers and celebrities such as Alex Bogdanska, Vanya Shtereva, Slavena Vatova, Biliana Yotovska, Magi Janavarova, Slavi The Clashers and Ivaylo Dragiev from “Aide BG” also did not miss the opportunity to congratulate the team and watch the film for the first time.

“At the Heart of the Machine “is a visual story that teaches us to be human. A story that inspires and shows us that hope can be born in the most unexpected places. I am happy that after many years of work, today we have the opportunity to share it with you Thank you for being a part of this special day“, said Martin Makariev after the screening of the film.
The film follows the story of a group of prisoners united by an incredible coincidence that will be fateful for each of them. The script was born as an idea more than ten years ago and is inspired by real events that happened in our country in the late 70’s. In addition to brilliantly selected cast and quality sound, the film stands out with 4K and HDR (High Dynamic Range) format of the picture, which puts it on a world level. The cameraman is Andrey Andreev, the script is by Borislav Zahariev, and the music is by the virtuoso Viktor Stoyanov, who worked with the team of the legendary Hans Zimmer.
