The epidemic situation in Poland has stabilized, but the fourth wave of the coronavirus pandemic is expected in the fall. What’s next for the economy? – The fourth wave is a variant that we must take into account very realistically and we must prepare for it. In the fall, anything can happen, and even earlier, at the end of the summer holidays – Olga Semeniuk, Deputy Minister of Development, Labor and Technology, told the program “Money. It Counts.” – Today we have a thaw, but the government is already preparing for the next months. Currently, the economy is about 75% open, from June 26 it will be even deeper open. We are smart enough in times of a pandemic and over all waves to understand perfectly well how the stages work. These allow us to withdraw, but also to move forward. If the number of infections continues and continues to decline compared to previous weeks, we will of course strive to ensure that the economy is one hundred percent open – she added.
