Let’s note it right away – in this case only e-mail addresses were disclosed. So there is no question of the most valuable and confidential data, but this should not be the case under any circumstances. The disclosure of e-mail addresses came about in the most obvious way you can think of.
A CSO employee decided to answer a question from one of the readers of Niebezpiecznik regarding access to the census application 14 days after the account was created. Probably a similar query was made by many people, because the message was sent to many users whose e-mail addresses could be checked by each recipient of the message.
