UPC is struggling with a failure as a result of which thousands of users have lost access to the Internet. The problem started just after 3 p.m. and is only worsening at the time of writing.
UPC has already reported the lack of internet access at the moment, over 5,200 people w downdetector . According to reports, the failure is noticeable mainly in large cities, including Warsaw, Kraków and Gdańsk. Some users report that the problem is not only the lack of internet, but also the UPC television .
The UPC internet failure started just after 3:00 PM and at the moment it does not seem to end soon. Earlier in the day on a smaller scale problems with the UPC internet were also noted around 11:00 but nonetheless it was much less of a problem than it is today.
At the moment, it is difficult to say what is the cause of the crash and how long it will take to repair its effects. UPC has not yet shared any information on its social media. We contacted a company spokesman for more information. This publication will be updated as soon as we receive it.
