The processing of the spectacular bankruptcy of Wirecard is still bringing piquant details to light. According to the “Financial Times”, former employees testified in front of the Munich police that for years employees regularly carried large amounts of money in cash in supermarket plastic bags from the headquarters. The practice is said to have started as early as 2012. How much money in total and for what purpose was taken out of the building is unclear.
