From a cultural-political and economic point of view, according to the Winterthur city council, there is considerable interest in the music festival weeks taking place this year: It has therefore granted the general permit for a special event outside the old town. Due to the corona, the concerts are to take place in two green areas, in Rychenbergpark and Büelpark. This leads to noise pollution in both quarters, writes the city council.
