That’s what it’s about

  • The Sceneishwinti operator was convicted of possession and distribution of violent images.

  • The blogger finds the penalty “completely exaggerated”.

There are horrible depictions that the scene ishwinti operator Adrian W. posted on his social media profiles: two images show human corpses with severely bleeding severed body parts. Two videos show a depiction of violence: You can see several people kicking a victim who is lying on the ground. The blogger had to appear for police interrogation in mid-January.

As the Winterthurer announced on his own Instagram channel, he has now been sentenced by penal order. According to the «Country boats» is the penalty: 90 days conditional imprisonment with a probationary period of four years. So the Winterthurer doesn’t have to go to jail – unless he’s guilty of something else. The blogger still has to pay a fine of CHF 1,000, plus procedural costs of CHF 800. The penalty order is not yet final.

Sceneishwinti operator finds penalties excessive

The penalty order is not yet final. However, Adrian told the newspaper that he would not lodge an objection. “I can’t afford it financially.” Nevertheless, the blogger does not see the guilt.

He published the beating video with the following text: “You’re neither blatant nor cool if you hit one person in ten.” He wanted to send a clear signal against violence. And with the pictures of the mutilated corpses, he wanted to warn users about people who send such pictures from anonymous numbers. He therefore considers the penalty to be “completely excessive”.

As early as September 2021, the blogger had to dig deep into his pocket for another crime. The district court sentenced the then 29-year-old to a fine of 1,800 francs, and he also had to pay the legal costs. At that time, the blogger had warned of traffic controls via his public Instagram account.
