Hand in hand with her long-term partner: Winona Ryder surprised everyone at the Venice Film Festival with a special companion.
Tim Burton’s, 66, latest work “Beetlejuice” opened the Venice Film Festival on Wednesday evening. Winona Ryder, 52, who starred in both the sequel and the 1988 cult film, was also there. The actress walked the red carpet with her long-time partner Scott Mackinlay Hahn – the couple rarely appear together at events.

The two pose hand in hand for the photographers present. The actress wows in a stylish combination of a black tulle skirt by Chanel and a suit, including a white shirt, black bow tie, vest and jacket. Hahn, who runs a sustainable fashion line, opts for a classic tuxedo and bow tie. He wears his hair parted and in combination with a long beard.

Ryder and Hahn have been a couple since 2010. The two are said to have become closer at the film premiere of “Black Swan”. In 2016, they appeared together for the first time at an event.
In “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice”, the late sequel to Tim Burton’s classic “Beetlejuice”, Winona Ryder reprises her role as Lydia Deetz. “Wednesday” star Jenna Ortega, 21, plays her daughter, and Ryder also walked the red carpet with her. The film will be released in German cinemas on September 12th.
