They are daring, passionate, in professional retraining or just at a turning point in their life… For all these reasons, these men and women have turned to the business creation support network Alexis Grand Est in 2022 and that has succeeded. In a few months, their small business took its marks, gained customer loyalty and boosted the commercial and economic landscape of their place of life. Today, these eleven men and women are the winners of the Trajectoires competition that the Alexis network organizes for promote the paths of entrepreneurs throughout Lorraine. The award ceremony was held in the cozy rooms of the Beffroi in Thionville.

Stéphanie Mougel trained for 4 years in somatopathy before opening her soft osteopathy practice, Libracorps, in Maidières (54). After studying agronomy and a thousand and one experiences, Valentine Pierson created Rempote, an urban garden center in Metz. In the Vosges, Sandra Cuny brings her village of Ban-de-Sapt back to life with her multi-service grocery store called Chez Lulu. In Thionville, the bistronomic restaurant Polette has been full since its opening a year ago and a little bit. At its head, the chef with an incredible international career, Sébastien Schilt. Designer and close to nature, Aurélie Marzoc (Vandoeuvre) founded a publishing house of educational tools called Aventices. In the Vosges, Aude Balland markets menstrual panties under the Bonne Semaine brand. Their particularity is to be manufactured by the actors of the Vosges textile industry. DLW Communication is a digital communication agency founded by two brothers, Guillaume and Tanguy Delawoëvre in Étain. Passionate about animals, Caroline Pfeiffer had the idea of making special and tailor-made ropes for horses and dogs. Code name: Cavalcorde, and it’s located in Hombourg-Budange. In Rodemack, Marie Bauer’s artisanal cannery, MME Cuisinent, offers local dishes for gourmets in a hurry. Nicolas Buono has opened a music production studio, Steel noise, in the Meurthe-et-Moselle village of Bouillonville. A ceramist by training, Anaïs Chapron has set up her workshop in Bliiida (Metz) where she creates and welcomes trainees.
“Always admiring”
Regional President of the Alexis network, Jacques Bachmann is always enthusiastic about the talents brought to light by the Trajectoires competition. “Several initiatives were born after and because of the Covid. We are dealing with people who have questioned themselves; who formed for some. I am always in awe of their careers,” he says.
