“I didn’t expect it, thank you for this award, this song is a very deep immersion into my family’s past and it means a lot to me,” said the singer and songwriter.

Dusilová then also became the best Solo performer and eventually received an award for the Greek album.

Tata Bojs became the group of the year.

“Thank you very much, this award is important to us, because we have been hanging around for a long time on the small Czech scene. We all know each other here and we love each other! ” said frontman Milan Cajs. He also thanked the producer, families and all co-workers.

This year, the Kurtizány from 25th Avenue and their album Honzíkova cesta scored in rock. “We thank the parents, families, children and those who love this band and those who don’t like it, too,” said the Courtesans.

The academy chose the clip of the band Bert and Friends as the video clip of the year Piš mi poásne The best Slovak album is Pohybliví in the motionless group Le Payaco.

7 times3 and Rhythm

The solo performer of the year is a musician who calls himself 7 times3 (under his own name Štěpán Hebík). “I have no idea what to say, we absolutely did not expect it,” he said. “I want to thank my wife and my two children and anyone who contributed to this album.”

Kateřina Marie Tichá with the Sami album became the discovery of the year. The folk category was dominated by Robert Křesťan and Druhá Trave with the album Díl první. The Christian also entered the Hall of Fame, commenting, “I’m only 62, I have nothing to do here.”

In the Jazz category, Tomáš Liška and Invisible World took over the statuette for the album Hope. The Academy awarded singer Amelia Sibu and the album Dye My Hair for Alternative and Electronics. In classical music, SOČR, Jakub Hrůša and Jan Bartoš were awarded for the piano concerto by Vítězslav Novák.
