Thanks to a victory in three rounds on the Nice floor in the last match of the 7th day of Men’s League A, Tourcoing took third place.

Behind Montpellier and Tours, it will be necessary to count on Tourcoing. Mauricio Paes’ players, on the move this Wednesday on the Nice floor, have done what is necessary to settle in third place in the standings. A meeting that the Niçois took head on, immediately taking three points in advance but their control of the meeting crumbled and, thanks to a series of six consecutive points, Luciano Palonsky’s teammates (16 points), reversed the trend to win the first set. The start of the second round was more stuck between the two teams with Tourcoing who did not have more than three points in advance until the last moment with a series of three points to seal the fate of the set. The third round, for its part, was a one-way street. The teammates of Leo Andric (11 points) and Hector Salerno (10 points) have not seen the light of day and bow heavily (21-25, 21-25, 20-25). With three points from this victory, Tourcoing takes third place, two points behind Tours when Nice, beaten for the seventh time in a row in the league, remains in 12th place.
