After installing the update, several Windows 11 users are experiencing start menu and file explorer crashes when opening or closing certain programs.
At the same time, there are others who do not get the update installed. On Reddit, several people write that they are met with an error message and that the PC is locked in a “boot loop” by the machine restarting by itself again and again.
One of the affected Reddit users mentions the update “like absolutely terrible” and writes that the game performance on his PC has deteriorated a good deal after the update was installed.
– Same here. It has become around 20 per cent worse here, replies one of the users.
Microsoft has so far not commented on the problems, but if you experience problems with the update, you can choose to uninstall it.
