However, some AMD graphics card users have reported in various forums and Microsoft Feedback Hub that various problems have occurred, including crashes every time they use AMD official software to adjust image settings. Some AMD graphics card users report that every time they restart their computer, their carefully adjusted image settings will be reset, and even the adjustments made by the graphics card manufacturer will be reset. The complaining user has tried various methods to solve the problem, including using DDU to clear the driver in safe mode, deleting the AMD chipset driver, deleting all overclocking software, and even resetting the BIOS, to no avail.

STEP 1. If you are using the home version of Windows 11, follow this tutorial to install the “Local Group Policy Editor” first. Professional version users are already provided with this tool and can skip to the next step;

STEP 2. Press “Win+R” and enter “gpedit.msc” to open the local group policy editor, and select “User Settings > System Management Templates > Windows Components > Windows Copilot” in the left column;

STEP 3. Double-click “Close Windows Copilot” on the right side of the window, select “Enabled” in the upper left corner of the pop-up window, and then click “OK” to exit;

STEP 4. Restart the computer.
