Windows 11 now has ‘Combine taskbar and hide labels’ which you can set to ‘Never’, but what I find annoying is the difference in space they take up on the taskbar.

What also annoys me is that if the text of the application suddenly becomes shorter or longer, for example when you visit another website in Firefox, the size automatically adjusts after a while or after dragging it to another place on the taskbar. Personally, I often have an application in the same place in the taskbar, so if it constantly changes size, I accidentally click on the wrong one.
Example:

If you then drag the application, it will suddenly become larger:

I have just disabled Explorerpatcher, but I see that this has not yet been resolved, unfortunately, it may be a ‘small’ thing, but it is precisely those little things that keep vibrating, so you end up with these types of applications to ‘resolve’ it.
