Windows 11 gets Notepad with new design and dark mode – Computer – News

I understand that MicroSoft would like as much (free) advertising as possible, but to now have to announce that Notepad is getting a different design, arg….

That dark mode may be nice, but it is and remains a notepad. There are much better editors, such as Notepad++.

I could name a few other Windows things that are much more important and (I think) are also waiting for a sensible update….
