Recently there has been more talk of Windows 11. After all, there is a new version coming. However, we also have to pay attention to the new Office. This is because it will undergo the biggest revolution ever! That said, the programmers began to implement the Fluid Office concept which entails transforming Office into something much more powerful. It is essentially focused on collaboration. Thus, the first interactive blocks have already arrived at Teams, OneNote, Outlook e Whiteboard.
Windows 11? After all, the biggest revolution is in the new Office!
That said, instead of tables, graphs and lists that are static and linked to a specific document, Fluid components are collaboration modules that allow you to perform different tasks without leaving chat, email, etc. In other words, you’ll be able to work on a document that is in a common environment without having to be running different applications.
The source reveals that what has been created with Fluid is the biggest change to Office in decades. In fact, already at the time of presentation last year, this concept looked like a great option for Office. However, it is only now that it is possible to get a true sense of the transformation.
But there is more news. Soon the meetings at Microsoft Teams will be accompanied by integrated collaboration notes.
They will show up not only in meetings, but also in your Outlook calendar. Anyone with the proper permissions can write anything in the notes at any time. However, these adjustments will appear to all elements of the meeting.
Other news is that when you add a new task, it automatically syncs with other tasks in Microsoft 365. Also, meeting notes sync automatically with your Outlook calendar. It is also possible to edit them online.
This is just a small part of what is to come and in fact Microsoft chose an excellent time to launch this new feature. That’s how Windows 11 comes with everything it will bring.
