Windows 10 It was first released in 2015 which means that it is now in its sixth year. Well, chances are, there’s still about 4 years left for Windows 10 to ‘live’. Why is that?
This is revealed from Microsoft’s policy page which states that they will support Windows 10 Semi Annual Channel only until October 14, 2025.
In addition, Windows 10 Home and Pro which were first officially released in 2015 will also end on October 14, 2025.
Reported detiKINET from Ubergizmo, Microsoft itself has confirmed where earlier this month they will showcase the next version of Windows on June 24.
Unfortunately it is not explained in detail whether this new Windows version is an update from Windows 10 or the next generation of Windows which may be named as Windows 11.
If Windows 10 With about four years left, there’s obviously a good chance Microsoft has started working on a successor.
While it probably won’t be launching any time soon, it should at least give users an idea of what they can predict in future versions of Windows. So we’ll just have to wait and see, what’s the new surprise from Microsoft for its flagship operating system?
