Via a detour it is still possible to get Windows 10 working on an Apple Mac with the new M1 chipset.
The cover of Apple going from Intel chips to its own M1 chip is huge. According to the American tech company, it provides a much smoother experience. And the first voices from the press and media are indeed positive. But it also has a downside. Windows 10 and Apple Mac is no longer an effective combination due to the M1.
Where you can do with Bootcamp on an Intel Mac just Windows can run, this will no longer be necessary with an M1. Still, Handy Harry has been smart enough to make it happen. This is the German developer Alexander Graf who installed Windows 10 on an Apple M1.
According to Graf, Windows 10 also runs smoothly on the Mac. Unfortunately, the developer has not shared any video footage to see the OS in action on an M1 Mac. A screenshot shows that the operating system is installed on a Mac Mini with the M1 chipset and 8 GB of RAM.
This development creates hope for the Apple fans who still want to run Windows next to Mac on a MacBook or Mac mini.
