WPD Managing Director Rami Ramadan and the three administrative heads Antje Oltmanns (Dötlingen), Ralf Wessel (Ganderkesee) and Guido Heinisch (Hatten) signed the corresponding contracts on Monday afternoon in the town hall of Ganderkesee. “This is a voluntary service and therefore not something to be taken for granted,” said Oltmanns, praising WPD’s financial commitment. “For us, this contract is symbolic for further facilities,” added Wessel.
