Manchester City reclaim the top Premier League standings without any major difficulties. The Citizens 4-0 win at home Leeds United.
Man City travels to Elland Road, Saturday (30/4/2022) evening WIB, in continuation Premier League. They came under pressure to win after Liverpool snatched the top spot.
Squad made Pep Guardiola it started well after taking the lead in the 13th minute through Rodri. Score 1-0 lasted until halftime.
In the second half, Man City took control and scored three more goals through Nathan Ake, Gabriel Jesus and Fernandinho. This result returns Manchester City to the top of the standings with 83 points from 34 matches.

The course of the match
Leeds United threatened early in the game, capitalizing on a slipping Joao Cancelo. Rodrigo Moreno rushed on the counter-attack but his shot was blocked by Ilkay Gundogan.
GOAL! Man City took the lead in the 13th minute after getting a free kick down the left. Phil Foden sent a high cross into the box and Rodri headed home, who escaped the mark.
Leeds tried to take control of the game, but struggled to pose a serious threat. Opportunities were obtained in the 34th minute when Junior Firpo’s shot shot over the crossbar.
Opportunities from Man City four minutes later. Cancelo’s superb pass was met by Gabriel Jesus, who then cut in from left to center and fired home. His shot was aimed right at goalkeeper Illan Meslier.
A fatal error from Luke Ayling almost led to a goal for Man City. He lost the ball in his own penalty box and ended up at the feet of free-standing Raheem Sterling.
But Sterling held the ball too long before crossing, so his effort was blocked by the Leeds defender. The situation was then secured by the Leeds defense. The first half is over.
Leeds tried to kick in early in the second half. But Man City dealt another blow.
The visitors doubled their advantage in the 54th minute. Nathan Ake snatched the ball from Ruben Dias’ header into the net.

Leeds wasted a good chance to close the gap. Daniel James went through and got past Ederson, but his shot was cleared by Ruben Dias on the goal line. Sam Greenwood’s second effort was blocked by Oleksandr Zinchenko.
GOAL! Man City added a goal in injury time through Fernandinho. The match ended soon after.
