Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Net Profit Increases 12.31 Percent to September 2021

Liputan6.com, Jakarta – The net profit of food producer PT Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk (CEKA) for the nine months of 2021 increased by 12.31 percent to Rp 129.57 billion, compared to the same period in 2020 of Rp 115.37 billion.

Temporary net profit per share of the company reached Rp 218, up 12.37 percent over the same period last year of Rp 194 per share.

This was conveyed by the company’s Director Tony Muksin through the company’s financial statements published by the regulator, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Thursday (21/10/2021).

Enhancement net profit and net profit per share This resulted from an increase in Wilmar’s revenue during the nine-month period of 2021 by 46.93 percent to Rp 3.69 trillion, from the same period last year of Rp 2.51 trillion.

After deducting the cost of goods sold and operating expenses, an operating profit of Rp 157.23 billion was generated. The company also earns interest income, so the profit before income tax reaches Rp 164.78 billion.

Until the end of September 2021, assets Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia reached Rp 1.58 trillion, with total equity of Rp 1.33 trillion and liabilities of Rp 250.55 billion. The company’s cash and cash equivalents were recorded at Rp 321.39 billion.
