The Pinkett-Smith family has been increasingly in the public eye for their social media occurrences and confessions about his personal life. This time it was the turn of Willow Smith, the youngest daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith.
On Jada’s show, ‘Red Table Talk’, Willow opened up about various situations that occur in her life and one of them was the fact that she has suffered from anxiety attacks since she was a child, which greatly affects her mental health.
The 20-year-old confessed that anxiety has led her to lock herself up is a kind of “shell” when he feels guilt, sadness and shame, and that he considers his anxiety to be serious, because over the years he has not been able to overcome it.
“Four days ago I began to experience acute anxiety that prevented me from speaking. It’s not even something you want to talk about because it seems like you’re crazy and you don’t want others to think about it too, so you ultimately decide it’s better not to say anything about it. ”Willow said.
In the episode that aired this Tuesday, the singer also commented that because she felt anxiety from an early age, she began to “self-harm” at age 10, when she rose to fame with the song ‘Whip My Hair’. As Willow’s own parents explain, the then girl shaved his head to get his attention and make them see that everything she was experiencing was too much for her.
