Tofas Sport Bursa – Lenovo Tenerife
Before the first match, the Lenovo Tenerife team had a greater chance of advancing to the Final Four of the Basketball Champions League. The Spaniards won their group, and Tofas Spor Bursa was lucky to get through the round of 16 with two wins.
Cup competitions have their own rules, but so far there have been no surprises in this pair. In the first match, the Spanish basketball players were better, although the fans saw a fierce spectacle with many twists and turns.
The team from Tenerife won the first quarter, but after the second quarter the Turks were in the lead. However, the hosts were not discouraged by this fact, they took control of the match again and ultimately the Spaniards won 83:77. In the play-offs, the competition goes to two victories, so Tofas Spor Bursa must win in the rematch to stay in the game.
Peristeri Ateny – Telekom Baskets Bonn
In the group stage, Telekom Baskets Bonn was almost flawless. The German team lost only one match and the fans hoped that it would do just as well in the play-offs. Especially since the rival was Peristeri Atena, which lost three matches in its group.
The basketball players from Bonn were a little scared because after the first quarter they were losing by two points. In the next part, they took a one-point lead, which heralded great emotions in the second half of the match.
Peristeri Atena failed in the third quarter, losing by as many as twelve points. It was impossible to make up for such a large loss. Telekom Baskets Bonn ultimately won the first match 89:78.

It is possible that on Wednesday, April 10, we will meet all the participants of the Final Four Basketball Champions League. This will happen when Lenovo Tenerife and Telekom Baskets Bonn win their matches. Teams with two victories will advance to the play-offs.
If Peristeri Atena or Tofas Spor Bursa win, an additional match will be needed to determine the Final Four participant, which will take place next week. The final tournament will take place on April 26-28 in Belgrade.
