Will there be martial law in Russia – the Kremlin gave an answer

The Kremlin assured that the country’s leadership has no plans to introduce martial law yet. At the same time, the corresponding statements were called “rumors”.

According to him, there are no plans to declare martial law either on the territory of the Russian Federation or in individual regions. To the corresponding question from journalists about “rumors,” Peskov answered briefly: “No, this is not in the plans.”

At the same time, the Kremlin speaker said that the so-called “special operation” in Ukraine is going according to plan.

“We suggest focusing on the statements of the president, who repeated and most recently confirmed that the special military operation is developing according to plan,” Peskov said.
