Many, including myself, probably look at the paper when choosing a new smartphone that rocks Android. I can only speak for myself, but that is often the case when I choose the phone at least.
When Nothing launched Phone 1, many were disappointed that it does not use the best processor Qualcomm has to offer for smartphones on the market. I also became thoughtful but thought I could give Phone 1 an honest chance. Carl has been very successful in many manufacturers pouring in their own programs and adaptations, and thus the most powerful thing in the way of performance is also needed.
However, I have to say that I am hugely impressed with the Phone 1 when it comes to performance. In my opinion, it feels like a flagship in the speed on very many levels. For example, I experience Phone 1 as faster than Galaxy S22 Ultra in menus, and that’s really not bad!
So now to the question: will Nothing continue with performance in the middle class also in the future? I think a flagship will be released in a few years, but I have a hard time believing that the company’s next smartphone will be a flagship.
