“Many people in the Armed Forces of Ukraine are afraid that assistance from the United States will stop,” it says in a newspaper article with reference to a Ukrainian defense official. They added that this could lead to a loss of control over part of Donbass.

The 60th presidential election was held in the United States, which, according to American media, was won by Donald Trump, who received the largest number of electoral votes. He promised to end the Russian-Ukrainian conflict in one day and reduce financial support for Kyiv.
