As promised, the CD Projekt RED team has focused their efforts on a continuous process of improving the experience offered by the dystopian epic of Night City.
An important step in this direction was undoubtedly represented by the publication of theCyberpunk 2077 update 1.1, made available by the software house on January 22, 2021. At the same time as the release of the expected patch, the Polish team had confirmed the arrival of theupdate 1.2 of the title in a few weeks, thus identifying once again the month of February as its launch window. At the time of this writing, it is preparing to kick off the last week of the month, but from CD Project RED no specific indications have been received on this.
However, this is not a detail that should worry the community: after all the Cyberpunk 2077 patch 1.1 was released as a surprise, without information on the date or time of the release being disclosed in advance. It therefore seems legitimate to imagine the same modalities for the arrival of the game’s 1.2 patch. The software house has not so far announced delays on the post launch support roadmap, not even following the announcement of a cyberattack against CD Projekt RED. At the moment, it therefore seems possible that the update actually arrives in the next 7 days: to be sure, however, it will be necessary to have a little more patience.
