Willow Smith and Avril Lavigne joined forces for the realization of the theme GROW that comes from the album Lately I Feel Everything which is the singer’s fourth solo studio album. The theme was released in July of this year, and a few hours ago they shared through YouTube the official video of their incredible collaboration pop-punk.
The official video, which also features a surprise appearance from another representative of the pop-punk from 2021, KennyHoopla, was directed by Dana Trippe and it comes when Willow concludes his tour by USA.
This collaboration with the queen of the genre Avril Lavigne, analyzes self-reflection and internal evolution, also features the drummer of Blink-182, Travis Barker, with whom Willow has collaborated before.
About working with Avril Lavigne and his motivations for the song, Willow stated the following:
