Diplomat and former Defense Minister Dragomir Zakov is the guest of the “Interview with NOVA News”. He comments on the war in Ukraine and whether it can be resolved on the diplomatic front.
In his words, Europe has reacted quite correctly. “At some point in this conflict, there will be a diplomatic break and it will be created by Russia itself,” Zakov said. He explained that this means the end of hostilities and the beginning of diplomatic negotiations, but he specified that this does not always mean the end of the conflict. According to the diplomat, the war was the choice of the Russian head of state.
