As you have already read in the last few hours, there are now several American users who got their hands on the Cyberpunk 2077 Collector’s Edition ahead of time, which was shipped by some online retailers. This situation allowed these players to discover some technical details of the version game PS5 e Xbox Series X.
Although in fact there is no real next-gen version of the game (remember that it will arrive in the coming months in the form of a free upgrade), it would seem that by inserting the disc into an Xbox Series X users are given the opportunity to select one of the now known graphics modes: resolution or performance. According to the testimonies of some users, the second mode targets i 60 frames per second and, albeit with some drop from time to time, activating it you can play more fluidly. Unfortunately there are still no confirmations on the PS5 version of the game, since the only copies in circulation are those for the Microsoft console.
However, it should be noted that this feature, still not officially confirmed by the development team, could be removed with the arrival of the day one patch. We have already seen how several titles have undergone changes to the graphic options thanks to the arrival of the various updates and it cannot be excluded that only those who will come into possession of the physical version of the game, without the much chat patch, can take advantage of this option.
