Will Not Launch Smartphone K40s, Xiaomi Precisely Prepares Redmi K50

AROUND SURABAYA – Xiaomi has just launched the Xiaomi 11T and 11T Pro smartphones last September.

Then, there is speculation that there will be a Redmi K40s in China as a rebranding of the Xiaomi 11T series.

However, recently the General Manager of Redmi revealed that there is no Redmi K40S. However, Xiaomi is preparing the Redmi K50 lineup.

This means that the device will not launch.

Redmi fans in China have actually been waiting for the Redmi K40S, which will reportedly be powered by the Snapdragon 888 chipset.

However, the company seems to be just getting ready to launch the Xiaomi 12 lineup and the Redmi K50 series.

It is likely that the Xiaomi 12 will be officially present and powered by the Snapdragon 8-series chipset which will come in December this year.
