She was as popular with her neighbors as with the viewers of “Hartz und cordial”: Dagmar, the veteran of the RTLZWEI social documentary from Mannheim. On November 8, 2021, the 67-year-old died of a stroke. Until his death, the pensioner lived in a small house next to the well-known blocks of flats, as reported by MANNHEIM24. 64 m² of living space and an almost 900 m² garden, which he planted with much love. There is no trace of that today, as evidenced by a video published by the favorite Elvis of “Hartz und cordial” on his social pages.

Withered plants and weeds – this should finally be the end. None other than barracks keeper Benz Michael is now providing “information about the house”. Together with his friend Lothar, the actor from “Hartz und cordial” shows himself sitting in front of Dagmar’s front door. “I’ve been written a lot about what’s going on with the house – I want to make a statement today so you know what’s going on,” Michael greets his Instagram and TikTok followers.
For barracks keeper Michael, Dagmar was something very special. To remember the cheerful pensioner forever, he recently picked up a souvenir at the Dagmar’s Daughters flea market. However, the Mannheim resident is always drawn to the mini white house. He now gives the reason: “I will live there and also manage the house and also clean the property.”

Cleaning up the mini-house made him sad: with each part that left the house, a part of Dagmar also disappeared.
Now “Hartz und Cordial” caretaker Michael explains how Dagmar’s house should continue: “The house has been sold and will also be torn up sooner or later,” he explains in the short Instagram clip.
