Hello, I took out a loan online with Ing diba and was then told that there was a high probability that the loan would be approved. Then I received an email, I printed out the contract, filled it in and of course signed it.
I have included the required evidence, such as the last three pay slips and the last bank statement. To be on the safe side, I have even included my ID card with the front and back (although it was not stated there).
Then when I handed it in to the lady at the German post office today, she didn’t identify me. She asked me for the coupon, but it wasn’t on the printout.
Why was there no coupon included?
What should I do now ?
Was that a mistake by Ing Diba?
And do you think the loan will be approved because I received the contract? It is a loan contract and not a loan application that I filled out?!
A friend of mine also wanted to take out a loan online with Ing diba like I did, but after the online check he said that it didn’t work out… so I got through that, for example.
And they didn’t want me to send them an employment contract as proof. How would they know then whether I have a temporary or permanent contract?
