Giancarlo Magalli was cconvicted of aggravated defamation towards Adriana Volpe: the TV host will have to compensate the colleague, a former broadcast partner at Your Facts with whom relationships are notoriously difficult, after the complaint for an interview in 2017, released in Chi magazine. According to what was established by the Court of Milan, Magalli will have to compensate the damages suffered by the civil party Adriana Volpe – assisted by the lawyers Michele Briamonte, Nicola Menardo and Stefania Nubile of Studio Grande Stevens – liquidated as a provisional payment in 25,000 euros and pay a fine of 14,000 euros .

without lowering the tone: Given that between 5 … 4 … 3 … 2 … 1 the Fox floods the web with press releases regarding my exemplary sentence for an interview in which I spoke about Me Too and I did NOT mention her at all, I wanted to anticipate it by specifying that the judge gave me a fine (which I don’t even have to pay), a provisional fee (which I don’t have to pay) and legal fees (which I will pay). That’s before I say I’ve been sentenced to life in prison or 10 million in compensation. Incidentally, I, the journalist who had interviewed me and tried to get me to talk about the Fox (acquitted) and the editor-in-chief of the newspaper that had published it, were the defendants. Fox and the complaint
