On Twitter There are many rumors about the future plans of Halo Infinite. Among other things, there are talks about two spin-off games and a battle royale mode. Now I hear you think, “Halo Infinite wasn’t delayed and they shouldn’t even have focus on the game before they think about the future? ” It’s like you can read minds because that’s exactly what we thought. Let’s dive into the rumors you should, of course, take with a grain of salt (via VG247).
Leak: Halo Infinite will function similarly to the Master Chief Collection as 343 plans to release 4 “chapters” in the decade of supporting Infinite. 2 spin off titles are currently in the planning stage.

First, the game from 343 Industries should come out in stages and get a release structure that also has Halo The Master Chief Collection. There are talks about four chapters of the game that should be released between 2021 and 2031. How long I hear you think! That is not too bad, the first part of the Master Chief Chief Collection is already out 2014 and there they are still working on it. 343 Industries likes to curate and polish their games (and those of predecessor Bungie) to the point of death. Something that Salim and Peter recently worried about in the Gamersnet Fanzone below.
One of the first things to appear is a battle royale mode set on the Zeta Halo ring. There is talk of a release in 2021 (rumors hey, watch that salt mill).
There should also be two spin-off games in the works, one title within it Halo Warsuniverse (hell yeah!) and a game that focuses on Fireteam Osiris uit Halo 5.
Although games are rarely “finished” when they come out these days, 343 Industries has been elevating the phased release of games to an art for years. We hope that the spin-offs are in development elsewhere, because we really enjoy playing games and are less interested in managing a digital museum.
Halo Infinite has no release date (yet).
