The upcoming arrival of the Happytal concierge at the Brive hospital had raised teeth, especially those of the unions and the medical community, at the end of January. The director, François Gauthiez, had then indicated that no decision had yet been made on this subject, that no contract had been signed. The management of the hospital has still not decided on the installation of this private company which is responsible in particular for managing requests for individual rooms.
