Will Club Brugge meet a Leipzig in crisis in 10 days? | Bundesliga 2021/2022

In 10 days, Club Brugge will play against the German machine RB Leipzig, but there seems to be sand in Leipzig’s engine.

They ended last year Red Bulls still handsome as second in the Bundesliga, but this season the Red Bull club has not immediately got off to a flying start.

The season revelation of last year can be found for the time being – with 5 out of 15 – in the right column of the ranking. Especially the past week they got a serious uppercut.

Last weekend it got a 1-4 pandoing to the ears of challenger Bayern Munich. And they also closed their Champions League outing to Manchester City with a 6-3 loss score.

Time to fuel confidence for Germany’s vice-champion. Tonight then? No, Leipzig was presented with a feasible poster with Köln, but it did not go further than 1-1.

Bayern Munich in particular is being blamed for the disappointing start to the season in Leipzig.

Retro Bayern: The Bavarian club eagerly plucked their rival from last year. Lock-on-the-door Upamecano, Captain Sabitzer and their coach Julian Nagelsmann all took a train to Munich.

The German vice-champion did make a top transfer with André Silva, but also “the replacement for Timo Werner” does not seem to have fully fitted into the team yet. The Portuguese striker has only scored one goal in 7 games.

Can Club Brugge benefit from the Germans’ form dip in 10 days?
