It provokes reactions that SIAN leader Lars Thorsen was allowed to name which Muslims he would send out of Norway when he was the guest Debatten on NRK yesterday. Lena Larsen is among those who react. To VG fshe states that she will appeal the program to the Norwegian Broadcasting Council.
Larsen is married to Basim Ghozlan, former leader of the Islamic Council and director of the Rabita Mosque in Oslo, who was among the Muslims Thorsen mentioned.

– It can not be undisputed that people are suspected and should be deported. I do not understand that it should be necessary to use people as victims to get SIAN’s point, Larsen says to VG.
Editor in the news division of NRK, Knut Magnus Berge, defends the question to VG.
– We had a debate for the outer limit of freedom of expression, and think it was a point to follow what SIAN really stands for. In that context, some names of public figures came to light that he believes must be detained and deported, and we believe this was illustrative of how far-reaching their opinions are, Berge tells VG.
The campaign has been in contact with MDG politician Shoaib Sultan, who was also among the people Thorsen mentioned. He is most critical of how the topic was handled by the guests later in the broadcast, including Minister of Justice Monica Mæland, and that no one used their freedom of speech to counter what the SIAN leader had said.
– What do you think about NRK’s role here?
– I’m still unsure if I think it’s okay to give SIAN a platform, but once you have them there, I think Fredrik Solvang did a perfectly decent job, he says to Kampanje.
