The Veronica DJ and presenter takes his regular sidekicks Rick Romijn and Niels van Baarlen to the new time slot. New to the permanent line-up is newsreader Florentien van der Meulen. She is not completely new, by the way: she has been on the show as a substitute before.
The listeners of Veronica Inside don’t have to worry about the content of the show. It will not change. The men will, as always, put the sports news under a magnifying glass and discuss the news of the day.
Genee is satisfied with the relocation of his radio program. “At the end of last year we were allowed to present the morning show for a week and then a small seed was planted with me that has grown into love for the timeslot. Niels and Rick know the feeling like no other, they presented a morning show for years. The early hours are magical. I am really looking forward to being part of our listeners’ morning ritual! ”

According to program director Marc Adriani, the energy of Wilfred Genee and his team fits perfectly with the morning of Radio Veronica. “Fireworks on the radio every day. We will soon hear that energy every morning, ideal to kick off the day. ”
The gentlemen can be heard on Radio Veronica every Monday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. from 2 November. Until November 2, DJ Martijn Muijs can be heard in the morning of Radio Veronica together with newsreader Florentien. The details of the Friday morning and new afternoon show will be announced later.
