Attentive Wildeburgers found a hidden message on the inside of their festival wristband last edition: the announcement of the new Wilde Weide festival. Wildeburgers know that name as the stage where small bands are programmed among the many DJs, and that is the direction you should think: a small-scale band festival with mainly emerging names. ‘Three of our stages are dedicated to live acts, and there is also one DJ stage. On the modest stages we capture the feeling of an intimate club show, but at a festival. The focus is on the daytime and the beginning of the night; the programming runs from 12:00 to 02:00.’ The first Wilde Weide will take place from 5 to 7 July 2024.
