Users of the popular Wildberries online store noticed that the other day the marketplace returned the fee for returning goods of good quality. Now, if the buyer does not fit the size, style or color of the ordered product, it will be possible to return it to the seller’s warehouse only for an additional fee.
On the Wildberries official website, in the “Return of goods” section, it is indicated that the cost of the service for returning goods of good quality is 3 rubles per unit of goods. However, customers of the store on the Internet voice somewhat large numbers.
So, Telegraph readers shared a photo of an order from the marketplace, where, after the price of the goods, it is indicated that in case of refusal to return, the client will have to pay 3.23 rubles. That is, the store offered the client to pay for the return almost the same amount that the purchase of the product itself would cost (an order for 4.66 rubles).
TikTok-blogger raidensy put up an even larger amount for the return – for an order worth 11.73 rubles, she was offered to pay 3.26 rubles in case of a return.

What is the reason for such a discrepancy in the amount is not clear, this is not specified on the official website. However, it states that the return of goods of good quality is carried out at the Wildberries pick-up point in Minsk at the address: 100 Pobediteley Ave.
The site also states that customers can use paid service on delivery of the returned goods to the place of receipt of returns at any point of issue of Wildberries goods. Perhaps this explains the difference in the cost of the return service.
Note that earlier Wildberries had already introduced a payment for the return of goods, but MART regarded this as a violation of Belarusian law, so the company was forced to cancel this innovation.
And in July of this year, Wildberries began to write off money for the goods immediately after its registration, and not after receipt, as before. However, this did not apply to all clients.
