Do you remember the WILD HEARTS? With a generic sounding name, some of you may have forgotten this game that was just announced a while ago. WILD HEARTS is a “hunting” game developed by Omega Force under the Koei Tecmo brand with EA as the publisher. It has already offered the first gameplay in the initial trailer, with monster hunting reminiscent of titles like Monster Hunter or Toukiden. With feudal Japan filled with fantasy elements as the main setting, more information about this game has finally been revealed.
WILD HEARTS just released 7-minute gameplay that seems to showcase almost every gameplay element you could anticipate. The cooperative mode for up to 3 players with different weapons is also made more interesting by showing the importance of creating elements of giant structures with various functions called KARAKURI here. A smoother looking animation is also seen here. The giant monster is menacing, seems able to finish you off with a few hits, and has an extra phase in addition to its first appearance.
WILD HEARTS itself is expected to be released on February 17, 2023 for Playstation 5, Xbox Series, and of course for PC. And you? Interested in trying it out?
