Roma experienced a blow when their new Dutch player Georginio Wijnaldum broke his right leg during training, the capital club declared.
Roma did not specify a day for the restoration of the Dutchman loaned by Paris Saint-Germain, who suffers from this injuries, three months from the Earth Cup in Qatar (20 November – 18 December).
“Following a blow acquired for the duration of instruction, the Wijnaldum was subjected to scientific examinations, which disclosed a fracture in the correct leg”, reads the website of the Italian club.
“The participant will be subjected to far more exams in the coming times,” he included.
The 31-yr-previous midfielder arrived for free at Saint-Germain past yr, with a deal that extends to 2024, following his agreement with Liverpool expired, but failed to build himself as a critical participant in the Parisian club’s squad, which prompted him to go to Roma this summer time on loan.
Wijnaldum played his very first official match with his new staff last weekend versus Salernitana “1-” in the initially phase of the Italian league.
