Gesina Lodewijkxs, the wife of the deceased Willibrord Frequin, has put their house in the Gooise Laren up for sale. Although she has fond memories of the house, the house is probably a size too big for Gesina.
Willibrord married Gesina in 2019 and they lived together in a nice single-family home in Laren. Frequin bought the house in 2003 for a price of 294,000 euros and had it mortgaged for 330,000 euros. That reports KnownNeighbours.
595.000 euro
Gesina has now put the house up for sale for an asking price of 595,000 euros, which means that a profit of more than 260,000 euros is lurking.
The house has a living area of 132 square meters and consists of eight rooms, including four bedrooms and one bathroom. The house has a luxurious open kitchen and has patio doors that provide access to the spacious garden.

‘Last weeks were tough’
Frequin had been ill for some time, and died on May 26 from the effects of Parkinson’s. He had known for a long time that his end was near, but kept postponing the inevitable. He still enjoyed life too much and was still with it spiritually.
“Spiritually he wanted to stay, but it just couldn’t go on anymore,” Gesina recently told Privé. ,,The last six weeks of his life in particular were very difficult for him. Willibrord had given everything and the body was gone.”
26 mei
On May 26, Gesina woke up next to Willibrord, just like every day. “I saw that he was acting weird. I hadn’t realized anything at the time, but when I walked around the bed to his side and looked at him again, I saw that he had gone to heaven. Strangely enough, I laughed that that thunderstone had done that on Ascension Day.”
