Wife Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi received 1 month of Christmas remission. The family of Brigadier J or Yosua Hutabarat admitted that they could not respond to the remission obtained by Princess Candrawathi, Joshua’s party submitted it to the legal process.
“We can no longer respond to this matter, let the legal experts rule,” said Brigadier J’s aunt, Rohani Simanjuntak, as reported by detikSumbagselWednesday (27/12/2023).
However, the family does not want to question the punishment of Ferdy Sambo’s wife any more. Because currently we are still in the Christmas atmosphere and the family wants peace from the quite heavy memories of the past.

“The peace of Christmas is with us who clearly don’t want to be too involved in sadness,” said Rohani.
Meanwhile, the family’s attorney, Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J, Ramos Hutabarat, said that the remission received by Ferdy Sambo’s wife was too fast even though the terms of the remission given to convicts were regulated by law.
“If we respond to the PC Christmas remission, it is legally valid, yes. So this (remission) certainly gives the impression of lightness of punishment in Indonesia for criminals,” said Ramos.
