According to her lawyer, Víctor Beltrán, González Valencia continues to be upset by the way she was arrested last Monday by elements of the Mexican Army when she left a toy store in Zapopan, Jalisco, in the company of her grandchildren, daughter and daughter-in-law.
“The lady is fine, she is being given medicine to attend to her precarious health, because she is a lady with hypertension, she has some symptoms that she had been treating for four, five years, so we just asked the Federal Justice Center for it. attention and the medications have already been sent so that if they do not have them, they can be supplied by them, “said his lawyer.
In an interview, the litigant related the apprehension of his client, according to what he told him when he visited her in the prison where he is imprisoned for the alleged crime of operations with resources of illicit origin.
According to the lawyer, Rosalinda González Valencia, her grandchildren, daughter and daughter-in-law stopped at a toy store in Zapopan to buy toys for their children and when they left they were approached by hooded men who approached her with between six and seven trucks without identifying themselves.
“They put the children down, one of them was thrown to the ground. They never identified themselves, nor did they remove their hood.”
He affirmed that in another vehicle, his daughter followed the convoy of trucks in which they transported Mrs. Rosalinda González Valencia.
“The lady is still upset, because she did not resist and says that she never evaded the action of justice, she continued to live in the same house and declared her address for three years, why they did not look for her there.”

The lawyer Víctor Beltrán pointed out that yesterday, Friday, they filed an appeal against the justified preventive detention issued against Rosalinda González Valencia, which will be resolved no later than one month.
