In any case, what was increasingly observed during this time was people’s search for support, security and stability. “Personal contact with our customers was always there, even during these difficult times, and has made a significant contribution to the high level of trust and the great sense of security. Despite all the important digital tools that have proven themselves very well in recent months, customers are again looking for personal contact with our consultants, ”explains Bucher. Wiener Städtische is currently looking for 14 new employees to meet this demand.
At the moment 15 young people are completing their apprenticeships in the regional directorate of Carinthia / East Tyrol. Among them is Annalena Enke, who was recently named “Apprentice of the Year” in the banking and insurance category at the Carinthian Chamber of Commerce’s apprenticeship gala.
