On Saturday night, a 56-year-old Austrian is said to have suffocated his three children in Zagreb and then tried to kill himself.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not yet been able to confirm the act to the APA. The Austrian embassy had contacted the Croatian authorities, it said.
