Employees will now receive 1,000 euros for successfully hired acquaintances
Vienna (OTS) – The Vienna Health Association implements numerous recruiting measures at various levels. With the recruitment bonus, another one has been added: After the last organizational questions have been clarified, the recruitment bonus for employees is now starting. From now on, they will receive a performance bonus of 1,000 euros for successfully recruited acquaintances.
“We are pleased that we can now start with the recruitment bonus,” says General Manager Evelyn Kölldorfer-Leitgeb. “Our employees are our most authentic advocates. They know the Viennese health association best and also know best who suits us,” explains the general director of the background to the recruitment bonus. Important: The recommendation must be announced at the time of application. If the job then works out, the recruitment bonus is paid out with the salary after 6 months – tax-deductible.
Long-term employee loyalty and greater identification
“We expect a positive response,” says Kölldorfer-Leitgeb. Because: “Apart from the money, it also has a decisive advantage for the existing employees: They can choose their future colleagues.” Companies that have implemented the recruitment model for some time report long-term employees* internal bond and a higher identification with the employer. For Kölldorfer-Leitgeb this is a logical consequence: “People trust their friends. Especially when it comes to important decisions, such as the new job. And we, in turn, trust our employees and their assessments.”
“The shortage of skilled workers is currently affecting almost all sectors in Europe. When it comes to recruiting new employees, it is also important to break new ground,” concludes Kölldorfer-Leitgeb.
